PBSA Wellington Street, Perth
Sirona Urban, Australian Unity, MaxCap Group and Unilodge have joined forces to develop and operate a new 30 level, 736 bed student accommodation facility in Perth’s CBD.
The development will add much-needed bed capacity in the City, and will be delivered in time for the opening of ECU’s new City campus in 2026, which is expected have over 10,000 enrolments. The project will also be a significant catalyst for urban renewal in the City’s east end … Perth’s historic heart.
