Matthew McNeilly

FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR

Matthew brings over 30 years of experience to his role leading Sirona Urban.

Matthew’s vision guides the company’s strategy and direction. As Managing Director, he brings the creative drive to capitalise on real estate opportunities and realise Sirona’s biggest success stories. Matthew also manages the performance of the firm’s real estate business and investments, along with Sirona’s capital partnerships.

Prior to founding Sirona Urban, Matthew spent 15 years in real estate investment banking, and he has been an executive director to the manager and trustee companies of numerous property investment entities. His leadership of Sirona is informed by a background in roles partnering government, banks, not-for-profit entities and corporations.

Matthew holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia and a Master of Business Administration from London Business School.

Jeff Holloway

DIRECTOR, DEVELOPMENT

Jeff’s career spans over 40 years of delivering developments in Australia. He has overseen the development and construction of more than 60 projects, with a combined area of over 1.25 million sqm.

Jeff’s expertise allows Sirona to deliver on our most ambitious projects. With comprehensive experience across commercial, residential and industrial property, his insight guides each project from initiation through to completion. Jeff’s understanding of major construction projects in the Australian context has earned Sirona a reputation for exceptional development and project management.

Prior to his role at Sirona Urban, Jeff held senior positions with Brookfield Multiplex and Lendlease.

Sally Ockenden

PROJECT DIRECTOR

With 20 years experience in large corporates across finance, project leadership and strategy, Sally brings a wealth of cross sector property experience to her role at Sirona Urban.

Having worked on projects for Brookfield Multiplex and Vicinity Centres in Sydney and Perth, Sally has cultivated an understanding of the full property lifecycle for retail, residential, and commercial development. With both creative and financial aptitude and a strategic approach to property, Sally focusses on achieving de-risked and controlled delivery, financial outperformance and an enduring customer led product outcome for all her projects.

Some of Sally’s project highlights include; Galleria Shopping Centre, DFO Perth Airport, Claremont Quarter and Residences and the Jones Bay Wharf Heritage precinct.

Sally holds a Bachelor of Interior Architecture from the University of South Australia, and a Master of Property Valuation and Law from City University of London.

Kate Stevenson

PROJECT DIRECTOR

Kate’s property development career started at Vicinity Centres as a Development Manager responsible for the successful delivery of several shopping centre redevelopments across Perth & Adelaide.

Whilst Kate has a passion for retail, she has spent the last 4 years at Fiveight expanding her knowledge across multiple industries including land development, hotels, hospitality, food & beverage and commercial.

Passionate about cultivating community and Kate ensures every project she oversees has a unique identity and connection to its location. With an inimitable skill set; she can couple creativity with the successful delivery of each project and is fixated on future-proofing developments to meet the needs of the next generation.

Kate holds a Bachelor of Graphic Design from the University of South Australia.

Tyler Mackey

DIRECTOR, ASSET MANAGEMENT

Tyler has over 25 years of experience in real estate investment, finance, and portfolio management. Tyler’s expertise is in developing and delivering bespoke investment strategies and driving value add outcomes across a range of real estate asset classes.

Tyler is responsible for managing the strategic direction and performance of Sirona’s portfolio of real estate investments and developments.

Prior to his role at Sirona Urban, Tyler held senior positions at Grant Samual and Macquarie Bank.

Tyler holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Graduate Diploma in Property from Curtin University.

Leon Stojmenov

SENIOR DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Leon brings over 15 years of corporate finance, property analysis and development experience to Sirona Urban.

Starting his career at KPMG, Leon spent a number of years working across corporate finance and valuations. Leon then spent several years at Vicinity Centres, firstly as a Commercial Manager managing the WA retail property portfolio, before moving into a development role where he was involved in the repositioning and upgrade of a number of major centres.

Leon is currently responsible for the delivery of a number of Sirona’s projects, including Unilodge Perth Central and Village Green Shopping Centre (Waterford Plaza) high street upgrade.

Leon holds a Bachelor of Business, Accounting and Finance from Edith Cowan University, and a Diploma from the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Hannah Edwards

DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Hannah brings over 10 years of development experience spanning a diverse range of asset types and classes.

Most recently, Hannah spent 4 years at Investa delivering the $1.3bn Foster + Partner’s designed Parkline Place Overstation development, where she was responsible for project feasibility and commercial management.

Her involvement throughout the full development lifecycle, from inception to completion ensures a holistic understanding of key project drivers, user requirements and commercial implications.

Hannah has also previously delivered eight warehouse facilities for Goodman Group and has obtained a Master of Property & Development from UNSW.

Laura Zelesco

DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

With over 10 years experience in development roles Laura previously worked for 5 years with Stockland across retail, residential medium density and retirement living projects.

Most recently, Laura spend 3 years refining her high-end residential skillset with the delivery of Blackburne’s award winning One Subi apartment project.

Laura has a passion for architecture and design and has completed a degree in Property Development and Valuation from Curtin University.

Tess Nguyen

BUSINESS MANAGER

With a background in human resources and a specialist in executive support, Tess brings over 15 years of experience to her role at Sirona Urban.

As a natural people person, Tess has cultivated her skills in diverse sectors such as hotels, events, VIP gaming and hospitality. Her expertise in administrative support has been built upon a foundation of providing exceptional customer service, most notably during her decade long career at Crown Perth.

Prior to that, it was Tess’ love of travel that took her to Europe where she held Recruitment positions at Farfetch and the London Borough of Hackney.

Tess has completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Human Resource Management from Murdoch University.

Jonathan Knight

ANALYST

Jonathan brings nearly a decade of professional experience to Sirona Urban, having worked in small business management, consulting and private equity funds management.

Jonathan managed some of Perth’s premier hospitality venues before transitioning into policy and management consulting for a small cap startup, which encouraged his interest in research and financial analytics.

Prior to Sirona Urban, Jonathan worked as an analyst for a private equity fund where he developed his financial modelling and data analytics skills, and built experience dealing with foreign investment into Australia.

Jonathan is passionate about research and financial analytics and has a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Finance from the University of Western Australia.
