Point Street

8 Point Street, Fremantle

Overlooking the green lawns of Princess May Park, across the road from the heritage Elders Woolstores and just a short walk to Victoria Quay, 8 Point Street will introduce urban living to the east end of Fremantle’s CBD, rejuvenating the historic Westgate precinct.

In a move to stimulate the Fremantle economy, the Westgate precinct was opened in 1966 including a Coles anchored mall, commercial spaces and the, now disused, Point Street carpark.

Having remained unloved for far too long, the city’s east end is finally making its comeback with 8 Point Street at its heart, delivering a new era of liveable spaces in Freo.
