Sirona Urban will reposition London House, an iconic A-grade office building in Perth’s CBD, by creating a series of inspired and uniquely presented office floors, tailored to a broad range of tenants.

London House is located in the core of Perth’s CBD, at 216 St Georges Terrace, and already provides tenants with a number of outstanding features including abundant natural light, Swan River views, proximity to great amenity and a NABERS Energy Rating of 4.5 stars and Water Rating of 4 stars.

Sirona Urban’s Managing Director, Matthew McNeilly, is excited to take on the challenge of renewing this centrally located office building, developing it into best-in-class CBD office space, fashioned around its unique look and feel.

“We are delighted to be overseeing this major repositioning of what has always been a strong performing St George’s Terrace address. We have been following with interest the makeovers of a number of other Perth CBD office buildings, but with the structural shifts in CBD office caused by COVID, we will take the building in a different direction, one that embodies the future of office working, where all the daily needs of workforces are firmly front and centre. Plus there will be a few surprises too!“

The proposed repositioning will encompass the resetting of the building’s presentation, including upgrades to the building’s foyer and on-floor arrival lobbies, thus ensuring the building’s new identity is consistent all the way from entry, through to modern and efficient workspaces.

Cushman & Wakefield have been exclusively appointed to the Office Leasing, Property Management and Facilities Management of London House.

Sirona Urban will base the repositioning around prioritising tenant needs and leveraging the building’s central location, amenity, history and place proposition.
